I'm guessing it's limited to UK users for now. I tried spoofing my phone location to UK but it did not appear. Maybe it checks to what adress your Tesla account is registered or something? Probably best to be a bit more patient :).

Anybody on Android managed to get the option to appear in the app? I'm on 4.10.1-1148 location Netherlands and don't see it yet.
