May 2021 order, 7 seater... was July and like others now Dec 2022 - April 2023. I reached out to my local sales center and they will not even take my phone call. I can only get an email response from a "Client Experience Manager" essentially saying they don't know anything and they will not...- jhapj

Waiting Room: Model X 7 Seat ONLY
May 2021 order here. From the 5 seater photos, really not liking the 60/40 split middle row bench seat. Wish they would make it 40/20/40 like Model Y. Still sticking with 7 seater. Have a 2018 MX 6 seater now and know we would prefer 7.- jhapj

I love the Rivian look. Communication though... not good at all. Not Tesla horrible but pretty bad. One email in November 2021 with an estimated delivery window, that's it. Nothing since. Customer service is just like Tesla, no answers, standard replies, no useful information. To...- jhapj
