In Plug Share there is an option that says to list public stations. There isn't one that says hide private ones. So I'm not really sure what that means. They show up with the "show public stations" set to on. Is there a better app that shows all the ccs/sae stations that are public?

This is interesting. My run was 50ft, 4/3 NMB was $11/foot, 6/3 MC was $5.5/foot That's a lot of money to overcome. I was getting a charge of about 44miles per hour at 48amps. 11cents/kw The Tesla wall charger cable was just as warm as my 6/3 MC.

I think there is some randomness too it. I only entered my 10 day EDD window once before a push out. I got my VIN a week before my second 10 day EDD window. Others have posted that they enterd their EDD many times only to get pushed out as many.
