for those of you took delievery, how long it took you to receive the license plates? I have a trip coming up and i'm hoping to get the license plates before then.

it's quite straightforward. you just finish everything the app requires prior to delivery. then on delivery day, someone will call you beforehand and let u know their arrival time. upon arrival, you hand them whatever it's needed to complete your order(ie: check), they'll help u set up the phone...

I don't remember exactly when I completed profile, probably Sep. The payment is always cash. I did add trade-in info twice, but after two weeks of adding the trade-in I removed them myself (saw EDD pushed and didn't want to wait for the expiration). I think it's just a combination of bad luck...

you can see my config in my signature. never put my order on hold. The EDD just keeps pushing further away. There is an August waiting room thread and bunch of us there are still waiting

Has anyone been able to call any Tesla number for order updates? I tried the 800 number, Bellevue Square and Renton store number. All are automated voicemails which asked my number for callback but never called back :(

I was contacted by Hugo as well for trade-in! He contacted me twice. The first time I refused cuz I don't want to screw my EDD, the second time he assured me trade-in would not affect EDD. I have already accepted the trade-in for now. Not sure when my car will come. But I guess Hugo is pushing...

yeah he said he would contact me tomorrow so I'll report back if my EDD changes!

Got a call from Fremont today asking for trade-in info, told him I don't want to put that info before a VIN is assigned cause last time I did so it pushed my EDD back 3 months. He told me the trade-in wouldn't affect EDD so I gave him the info. finger crossed he was not lying!

Same here. OD 8/21. EDD narrowed to 3/20-3/31. Hopefully no more delays!

mine was 3/18 - 3/31 for a week, then pushed to 4/15 - 5/13 :( OD 8/22/21 hopefully yours won't get pushed

I wish I saw your comments earlier. ordered back in August, EDD was 2/27-3/27. The day after I gave them my trade-in info my EDD pushed all the way to September. I removed the trade-in info now, hopefully that can bring my dates back :(
