Until you have a VIN, the estimates are basically worthless. Once you get a week window, the vin usually arrives a day or 2 later.

OD was 9/30. I did place a brief hold in December for only about a week, though.

It was June-July from 2/28 until this morning around 7am. Before that was April-May. Rapid change.

After having a June-July EDD, woke up this morning to a VIN being assigned and a new EDD of March 15-21. There is hope! SR+, blue/black no FSD 18 inch aero. Location is Westchester NY.

I was told that you have 3 days to pick it up; otherwise your vin gets assigned to someone else.

Exploring my options; bmw, Mach-e, etc.

Apparently you can cancel and obtain a refund for your order fee if the delivery date is beyond what they promised when order. I haven’t threatened that yet though.

What annoys me is the constant “idk” attitude of customer service. Someone must know something lol.

Did you update the mileage as soon as you got the email from Tesla? It shouldn’t impact the EDD I would think…

Has anyone cancelled their order due to delivery delays? If so, how did Tesla respond, and did you lose anything other than the order fee?

Yep. Woke up to April 14-May 13. Ordered in September. Getting sick of this.
