There are going to be 14 - I went to the site and double counted. From my understanding, yes they are usually in multiples of 4, but in space constrained sites (like if the landlord says you can only have X number of spaces), it might not be maxxed out because the equipment has to go somewhere...

There's not even a transformer out at Shea yet so no power. It's also not showing in the maps.

Not sure about that - but I do know that there isn't anything currently in construction in the East Valley. There's a lot of scouting effort going on, hopefully get one or two sites underway this year.

I 100% am not wrong. There is scouting taking place in Chandler and other East Valley locations but NOTHING under construction right now.
