I found out that it depends on who the Insurance company is. Both Direct line and Admiral didn't care if there was Care Of or not, it was the official registered keeper that mattered. With Admiral the Company is the registered keeper but the insurance is personal.

Ive just messaged Rimetrix to ask if the $135 includes import tax - if not, will cancel as I have relatives in the US who can forward on. Pretty scandalous if it doesn't include import tax! Will keep you posted.
