Hi all, Currently going back and forth with Telsa here in the UK in regards to this issue. I have curbed the one wheel but the lacquer is peeling all across the wheel, this has also started happening on other wheels in areas with no impact at all and continues to get worse with time Telsa...

mines a lease through select car leasing / LEX and yes it does was delivered on Thursday and only just activated today - I had to reset the infotainment

there was an option for 'something else' so just chose this and explained the issue along with picture uploads

When you book the service through the app it gave me a choice of eithera mobile call out or book at a service centre, luckily I only live about 6 miles from my local one so rather take it in..

I did attach 4 or 5 photos along with the message and complaint about the paint work, mine were mostly on the bonnet You car looks mint by the way 👍👍

Mine got delivered on Thursday and mines in black so shows the swirls and there are some quite bad ones to be honest so put I through as a service on the app and had this back from Tesla the same day!!! Service so far seems pretty good

I just got a message with timings from the the day before and then anyvan text me a link to track but only when they were 10 minutes away…

Sorry if this has been asked before but those of you with the model 3 on the lease. How long was it before the premium connectivity was activated and did it just pop up?

Ok that sounds positive - I’ll do the same, although I’ll take free supercharging over the stats any time 😉 I’ve used supercharger twice and same, not been charged Have you got the premium connectivity?

it's strange isn't it - I really didn't like the design at all, but since mine arrived yesterday I can't stop looking at it :)

I’m UK based and got my car delivered yesterday - App not connected at this point and battery was low so just drove straight to the supercharger, plugged her in and was fine - didn’t ask for anything and just charged right up - app was only activated this morning Hope that helps

So after a little further inspection on the car there are quite a few swirl marks, these look worse as on the black paint but is this something Tesla will rectify or just better off taking it to get detailed?

I ended up canceling and going with a new policy as was only £40 to cancel and the new premium was much cheaper I've got my black/black performance being delivered on the Thursday...good taste ;)

Did you get a text to give you a delivery window?

I got mine on the 25th Feb - Vehicle delivery date is 10th March I did call to chase it though as already had VIN for a while and they gave it me over then phone then followed it up confirming it on a text

I had to chase them, replied to the delivery day text asking for VIN Which they gave me in text and then called up and they gave me Reg - not sure when they would have given it me otherwise

Mines a BK22 and due for delivery on Thursday, I'm close to Birmingham also so might might be waiting there ... so excited now lol Keep checking back on here to see everyone else's excitement for their collections/deliveries next week and looking forward to the pics Got my charger installed...

I got my ‘on the way Text’ on the 8th of Feb Then a text on the 16th of Feb giving my delivery date of 10th March. Not sure the timescales are all the same but that’s how mine worked out..

I spoke to Tesla yesterday and they said that they have no clarity on whether it has been removed or not but that they were only lowered by 10mm - good point about the tyres/wheels.. there is a bit of a gap on yours but doesn’t detract from how great it looks! Congrats on the car, looks...

My M3P is due for delivery on the 10th March and after reading all the speculation I’m a bit worried about mine looking like a truck 🤣 Although if you go onto Tesla on the mobile site and go to the model 3 and scroll down to wheels the lowered suspension is still listed but still strange why...

I ordered mine 24th Jan - Got a text on 8th Feb to say 'Vehicle is on the way' Got another text on the 16th Feb giving me my delivery date of 10th March --- CAN NOT WAIT :) Got my Reg yesterday M3P Back/Black

For anyone wondering I had the exact same as this - "vehicle is on the way" text received 8th Feb and a 10th March delivery date text received on the 16th Feb. This is for a M3P (Deep Black/Black) ordered via lease in late Jan - got my Reg yesterday :)
