I will pick it up in Peabody. The fact that I was able to get delivery scheduled by calling them gives me an impression that the delivery center is not doing what they claimed to do meaning "contact you as soon as it is ready".

I am the same. They can't schedule delivery until the parts is installed. It sounds like a part necessary to comply with federal law for insurance tracking purposes. Hope our parts can arrive sooner!
