Called and spoke to the SA today. MYP is on a truck and should be arriving Monday so I should expect a delivery text Schedule message in the next 2-4 days. Anxious as hell over here.

That’s what she remained vague on. It was a “clip” but she didn’t say where. Only said that they can’t deliver the car until it is installed.

I spoke to an SA. A few days ago. Again grain of salt. They said “delays are occurring due to a safety part shortage that is regulated and required by the government” I took that as. “You’re full of *sugar*, and you’re blaming the gov for a safety part…” The “part” is some kind of “clip”

I’m just in the boat of having a great APR on the loan and if we get pushed another 2 months…. That’s literally going to be a .5-1% bump in rates 😭. Feds are planning a .5 basis hike for June AND July currently. Anyone who is getting a car, please look into your location credit unions for better...

Went to test drive the EV6. Only reason I’d get it, the rebate. Other than that I just couldn’t reproduce the same smile that the MYP put on my face.

I'm optimistic with your logic! I was pushed back on 5/13 two weeks to another two week period. Fingers crossed a VIN pops for me by EOW.

Keeping my fingers crossed I get a vin or something versus a push back. Held a two week window but got pushed back 2 weeks on Friday the 13th. Be nice to Jersey Elon, please :)

Just had an SA Text me about my order and changed the financing to my CU, still no vin but I got a "we aren't expecting any delays, your EDD is the most accurate indicator". Sigh, 18 days until my delivery window starts.....

Check with your local credit union. Most will do 2.49 or 2.79 for 60/72 months.

Woke up to a EDD shrinking window. 5/28-6/11. Fingers are crossed. First 2wk window. Getting antsy over here.

I used Picatinny Fed Cred Union. Locked in my 60mo rate for 60 days. If it fails and I have no car then I’ll just re-apply once I get a vin. Just don’t want to be above a 2.74. That’s all 😂

Called and spoke to an SA again. Just locked in another rate for 2.24 for 60/mo with the local credit union. Was told my delivery window should hold firm. (Grain of salt, but I’m gonna be optimistic)

I'm hoping by next Monday to see my EDD Window shrink by a week or two.

Just spoke to an actual human that called me back about my MYP. Asked about delivery and was told I should be expecting a VIN before May 22nd and that "We don't foresee any more unexpected delays, those seem to be behind us. Looking at the queue, it looks like you should expect to see your EDD...

Well woke up to 5/22-6/19. A week less. This means nothing. But the agony continues

Yeah as much as I hate waiting. (It’s worse cause this is my first Tesla). Just test driving the Volvo XC40, Kia EV6, Polestar 2, and BMW M2, I just don’t feel the same joy. Partially affected too by the 5k+ being tagged on. EV6 has a 7.5k gov rebate still, but the markup essentially negates it...

Here to say that I saw a brand new MYP at the gym in Florham Park today. Congrats to that owner. But also. I’m super jealous. It was MSM MYP and I couldn’t help but look around at the build quality. Looked great on the exterior.

Spoke to the SA and the local CU here in NJ. Once I get a VIN, I'll be able to lock in a rate at 2.49 for 72 or 2.24 for 60. They'll call me if the rates are about to go up. So either I get the VIN first and do it, or I hope for a vin within the 40 day window once I start the app. The most...

I’ve got about 12 days until my application expires. If I don’t get a pullback, spoke to the SA, they’ll change it to 3rd Party financing and I’ll just go with the local CU. Currently they are offering 2.39 on a 60 month. Not bad at all.

I’ll reach out to an SA today. My only concern is the interest rates. They are now 2.99. Might just do private financing through the CU at this rate if I can’t get this to work out.

EDD just updated from May 1-28th to April 17th - May 17th. Very nice to wake up to this morning.

Yeah I was. Called and they took it off the order. I’m going to sell to CarMax. They are offering 3k more than Tesla.

Just over 30 days since I ordered. Got pushed back to May now. trade in expired and I’m leaving it off until I get a vin and then I’ll sell the car to car max or such. The wait continues. Hold strong soldiers.
