I have this same error message "Re-insert USB into glovebox for higher speed". Tesla told me to buy a samsung usb (out of my pocket) and refused to fix it. Is that normal? The car is only few months old.

Does it cost money to use the mobile service to fix this usb problem? I booked the mobile service and the screen shows it would give me an estimate cost? My car is few months old. thanks.

Thanks for your reply. I just received a call back from tesla after 5 hrs waiting. They said I will receive a update to 2022 version soon (not sure when).

Waze (location data is not available). My version is still 2021 and it shows it is already the latest version. Can I ask tesla to update to 2022.4.5 version? I am located in Canada. Tesla navigation told me to turn left at a place that cannot turn left.
