They still havent unmatched the same VIN 2 weeks later and last week somehow they put a delivery time/date for me for the same VIN. Useless customer service. Saw there were a couple of new performance Ys on the lot in Littleton. Drove down there, inspected, and bought one. Take delivery...- metoo2

For extra funsies I've been in "same VIN rematch" purgatory for the last week. The SA's said they would unmatch the VIN that day and my account would be on hold for a day or two so I wouldn't get rematched to the same VIN. The app showed I was unmatched right away with a new EDD for sometime...- metoo2

Been waiting about 1 year for delivery for a 5 seat MXLR. Got a vin assigned last week and made appointment for 3pm on the 23rd. Wife and I decided to go look at the car in the lot on the 22nd. Got up to Loveland and went in the dealer, the SA looked us up and said "hi Im XXXX ill be the guy...- metoo2
