I am in the same boat, just got my MYLR yesterday from Fremont factory directly, same error. I did try testing on the supercharger, it illuminated. But with mobile adapter (using it on 110v), it shows the error code and no lights are illuminating (except the mobile adapter lights)

I have taken my MYLR yesterday. I was told I have 72 hours or 100 miles to report for any defects. Where do I report them? I have some stains in the seats and also some minor scratches.
