Anyone in SoCal seeing deliveries lately? My order date was 12/31/21 and had a few delivery windows with my most recent two being On 3/5: EDD of 3/8-3/19 Then on 3/8: EDD of 4/9-5/11. M3LR, Black, white interior, 18 Aeros, no FSD.

I would 100% file a claim on this damage. This is not a cheap repair at all. That trim will be included in your repairs so no sense in you paying out of pocket to replace the trim piece when it’ll be included in your repairs. I’d recommend the Tesla collision link that was posted above and look...

I would definitely call your sales advisor. It would suck if the price stays the same if the make your overall order update to the newest prices, BUT don’t not change it to the color you want over it. Personally if they won’t drop the $1k off, I’d just tell myself they were the same price...

I second this. I was “in” my delivery window earlier this week on 3/8 (EDD 3/7-3/19) and then it updated later on on 3/8 is now pushed to 4/9-5/11. My order date was December last year for SoCal.

Definitely repairable. Shop should only charge a few hours of labor to repair that bumper, but keep in mind there are times associated with removing the bumper and all components attached to the bumper, so even though the damage isn't that bad, it's still not "cheap".
