Got it. I was actually under the assumption that credit bureau would treat the inquiry as one since it’s within 14-45 days. But, how many points did you credit change for the refinancing? And i would assume that then refinance rates would also be affected since you had your credit pulled recently.

How soon did you refinance your auto loan? When you did, did the CU run hard inquiry on your credit again? I’m leaning towards doing the same, but I’m not sure if certain CUs have waiting times before they could actually refinance your existing auto loan. I would love to hear how did yours come...

Thanks for the info. I figure that maybe I won’t have ample time to go through the process before my delivery next week. Not sure if others have done this but I’m thinking about going with the Tesla financing for now and just refinance with TFCU within 30 days to avoid hurting credit.

Just received my VIN yesterday. Strangely, I’m in SoCal but my Y will be coming from the Austin plant.

I did twice and basically, I learned that if it comes to that, it only means that your VIN assignment is imminent. After my EDD got pushed for another week yesterday, I finally got my VIN today. So, you just gotta trust that you’re pretty close.

Entering my 2nd day of an 8-day EDD window (10/8-10-17) with anticipation of VIN assignment, but as expected, got pushed up for another 10-day EDD to 10/16-10/26. OD: 11/2/21

I had mine from 11/2/21. 😁 it’s almost a year now.

Technically, that could likely be pushed back to earlier windows. I had mine pushed up last week to 11/18-12/30 after a two-week window 09/25-10/9. Last Monday, it got pushed early 10/22-11/19. Then the following day, it got updated again now my EDD showing a one-week window 10/8-10/17. Still no...

Got it. That was a terrible delivery experience and good thing you were able to reject it and was given pretty much a fast replacement date. Hopefully, it’ll be good this time around, but I doubt it’ll be 2023 model. But who knows.

OD 11/2/21 | MYLR White/Black Induction After months with EDD fluctuations, it got steady in September where it showed 09/21 to 10/19. Then, Sept 22 my EDD got updated to 09/25 to 10/9. No VIN assigned. Two days into this two-week window, my EDD got pushed up way back to 11/18 to 12/30...

As I have anticipated, my EDD got updated and pushed early again and now it’s just a one-week window Oct. 8 - 17. Still no VIN assigned as of right now but crossing my fingers barring any setbacks, I’ll finally get that VIN and take delivery before my order anniversary date (Nov. 2, 2021).

Could be. My cousin ordered his about same time as I did only that he has the gemini wheels. He took delivery on 9/15.
