I got insurance from Aon and loan from Orix. Aon came out to be quite aggressive (vs. Liberty, AIA and Direct) on prices so definitely check with them. First car in HK in over 10 years so no NCD and still came out reasonable. Under 15k for Aon. Slightly higher deductible but figured with NCD...

Just got my Model S today. Wanted to note that the cars in HK come with removable carpet floor mats for front and rear seat. However, if you're looking for rubber, not sure where. I was worried it'd have no mats at all like most cars in the US. As for the car itself... Nice!

Hi. I was wondering, do you know if the Model S can be charged simply by a normal 13A plug. I was told it can but overtime, because the Tesla will require so much power that the plug will melt. Is this true? Anyone have this experience? They're trying to convince me to buy an entire system...

Hi. I spoke to Tesla today. I don't think it's 100% that the FRT is renewed? It has only been proposed but they still have to vote on it? Any view on this? I don't want to pay an extra $500K for the car. Actually, I won't.... Appreciate any thoughts.

For those of you looking for charger help, Telsa sent me to EV Power. I haven't put it in yet but in discussions. The disappointment is the FRT. Not officially waived is what I understand? Anyone hear differently? Not paying an addition $500k.
