AFAIK it's the hydraulic arms, not the stoppers under the lid. You seem way too confident in the fix for someone that didn't experience and fix the same issue themselves. I described it a week ago, but the trunk is too far too the left, not just the left taillight sitting too high.

FYI it looks like your trunk is misaligned exactly like mine was. Left taillight isn't flush on top, right? Service center should be able to fix.

I probably should have mentioned that the trunk is actually a bit too far to the left as well. You can see the gap on the right side during the day. So, I'll have to make that clear during the service visit. Although, I wouldn't be too upset if they just fix the taillight alignment on the left.

I just removed it after delivery scheduled when it still said "it would delay delivery". It didn't. I did text before though to ask. Based on this and recent news, I'd guess the website is just out of date and it doesn't impact your delivery at any stage of the process.

Just be happy you got matched early. If you didn't have to call and they auto-matched any inventory car, it wouldn't have gone to you :)
