    UPDATE: I just visited my local SC and stated they are aware of the issue, and engineers are working on a firmware update.

    2019 Model S Raven here. Same issues as all of you guys. For me the audio cut outs (while on a Bluetooth phone call or streaming music) become more apparent when reversing and the car is trying to produce the warning chimes. FM is pretty much unusable at this point. I'm also on 2023.2.12
