Superchanging but not charging at home

having this issue right now, do you happen to know which fuse was replaced? was it the one in the battery itself, or in our fuse boxes in the frunk?

    Wheel Offset

A street/performance tire tends to be a bit nosier than over EV low friction tires.
  7. Steve@mrrwheels

    Wheel Offset

if you want more side wall correct 45 over the 35. the higher the number the higher the profile is. Road noise however is a many factors, one is height of the tire, and also the tire brand itself. Brands like falcon and hankook, great price for their tires, but some customers have said the road...

Model S Aftermarket Wheel Fitment/Offset Discussion

love the look ! really clean !
  9. Steve@mrrwheels

    Wheel Offset

If you were to run the +25 it will protrude past the fender, so it could rub at a full turn. also everything depends on tire size as well. if you were to run a stretch with a low profile it could avoid rubbing. The safe offset is +35, +25 is more of a semi aggressive fitment.
  10. Steve@mrrwheels

    Wheel Offset

Check out this Model Y, its running 20x9 +35. pretty flush with the fender. if you wanted something a bit more aggressive with a minor poke then a +25 works !

    Wheel Offset

Hey Neil, some quick questions, are you lowered or stock? are you planning on lowering the car or leaving it stock? Correct the lower the number the more the wheel moves out towards the fender. SO lets say the +35 offset is flush, and you ran the +25, then you would be moving 10mm more out...

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

Agree with drpheta here, HRE has been around the industry for a few decades. The price is on the higher end, you are paying for the name, the engineering, the type of forge aluminum, the wheels are built inhouse, etc. I always tell my customers to stay within their budget if you damage one wheel...

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

Its a minor stretch, a slight curve over the barrel of the wheel. once you get to 225/40 on a 9.5 thats when its a pretty noticeable stretch.

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

just want to note here guys, remember all tire brands are created differently. so just because its a 245/40/19 doesn't mean its the same width tire for all brands. Some actually run wider or narrower than others, please keep that in mind !

    Model S 60 vs Model S 85 vs Model 3

Yea if definitely agree with you, going from a BMW 3-touring what will match that drive style is the model s. Honestly having the warranty will go far, giving you almost 4 more years of bumper to bumper warranty and battery as well. Model 3 is still a great car, great features, and still quick...

    Model S 60 vs Model S 85 vs Model 3

Hey Littlenut, just want to throw in my 2 cents. I feel like you have to choose what driving style fits you. Do the 60 and 85 Model S have free super charging? the 2014 S60, will give you i believe AP, but comes with a very small battery. I have a 2013 MODEL S 85p, and my battery has not...

    Wheels without concave

Really depends on what sizing and style you are looking for. Example, most cast or flow formed wheels, concavity changes with width. Typically a 8.5 or 9 width are either Flat faced, or mild concavity, and the wider they are 9.5 10.5 11, the deeper the concavity is. Now its completely...

What size spacers for a more aggressive fitment on the stock 19" sport wheels?

coming back to this just in case you still needed some help, Depending on how more aggressive you wanted to go 10mm spacers would push the wheel out a little bit less than half an inch, but with a 10mm spacer you will more likely need extended studs 15mm spacer is slightly more than half an...

    Wheel Rash Questions

wheel looks fine, i would suggest doing a water/soap test to see if there are any cracks or line hair cracks. if that passes the test you should be ok. If you are looking to repair it, you can take it to a wheel repair shop. What they will do is basically machine that part down so its flat and...
