Car is still under review at this time. Review can take another 30-60 days is what they have told me. I haven’t ghosted it, there is just little to update at this time. It is a real event and damaging Tesla isn’t my goal. Especially since this is my third Tesla.

All that they have said so far is that they are still reviewing everything and they will follow up with me on Monday. Regarding the seatbelt, it was latched. However, the belt itself did not lock tight from the impact or slamming the break pedal to the floor.

Well isn't that a lucky experience. All that I know so far is that they said the engineers for the car itself and then specifically for the brakes were already involved by the next morning when I went to get the loaner.

For your issue, how long did it take? What does this process look like?

The cars speed was at roughly 20-30 mph. Brake was pushed to the floor only to receive a clicking noise. We live down the street where the second bake failure happened, she was just trying to get the car there at that point. Confident it isn’t a yoke issue at this point, both car and user wise.
