I called customer service - nice guy spent 10 minutes with me and told me he expects all to go well and that I’d get a VIN assigned tomorrow (day 1 of my EDD). I hope he’s right…

Yeah - I locked in 60 days (again) earlier this week with a local credit union. Surreal - I don’t know why we put up with this!!!

Dang sorry to hear. I guess the JUNE text meant nothing… as usual. Im about to enter my EDD period… expecting to get pushed back too. Sigh.

The logic of Tesla aiming to maximize profits should force them to the presale model or fulfill every fsd Y order they receive today w/ the $3k markup. One would think they’re trying to balance max profit with fulfilling older orders. Maybe 1 old order per 10 new per 100 fsd… sigh

Wow that’s $15k more than my 7/13 order. At this rate Tesla will never deliver my car :(

I assume it depends on EDD but could be any reason. So far no one has received any other information.

Worse case scenario they don’t honor our price lock from last year but I can’t imagine they will cancel our orders.

I don’t know about you but my EDD went from lower case this morning “june 19 - july 3” to upper case this evening, back to lower case after the text/response. Probably shouldn’t read too much into it….. right?

Just got the same text. I wouldn’t put too much emphasis on it. Like @afscotch I got my first trade in text in February and still nothing.

Agreed. I’m on my 4th 2 week window. Means nothing.

Mine moved to 2 week as well 6/15-6/29 So Cal. Crossing fingers with you all but not gettin hopes up.

Maybe if they didn’t piss off customers by prioritizing profits ;)

While I understand the corporate decision (I’m a finance guy after all), as a customer, it creates 0 loyalty.

Anyone know the impact of putting my July 21 reservation on hold? Seems like with Tesla unable to deliver timely I might be able to keep it for the indefinite future? Feels like years before they’ll force me to take it off hold?

@Firocity My EDD got pushed back to that exact window too. Hope we both get ours mid April.

In the same boat. EDD since Sept 21 order has been scheduled for March and flirted with the same 2 week time frames until Tesla decided to maximize their income at our expense. I’m in the Mid April - Mid May timeframe too.
