2 layers of electrical tape only in front of the U latch and the noise completely gone. Now, wil have to see how long it last. If i can find a plastic tube so i can cut laterally to wrap the latch, it will be perfect and would last, will keep you all posted.

i have the same issue and the temperature outside is still mild, imagine in summer. Now, the rubber seal is ripped, should i let tesla knows for servce ?

What makes me creeping out is when i hear rocks hitting metal : could be the side fenders OR the battery panel, i don't know for sure.

please make sure that you have 2 inchs of flap, that is what i've calculated comparing from most cars. The point is to prevent rocks to lift high enough to hit the rear fender and to prevent water splash. With 2 inchs, you are sure not to scape the ground, even in the lowest suspension setting.
