Thanks for the report. I actually had the same thing happen today and was able to investigate in more detail. Wall Connectors sometimes erroneously report a charging_completed state. I fixed this specific issue (fix is already live), and I'll think about other ways to make it more robust.

The app usually indicates that it's in pre-PTO mode, and I don't see this in your case. So I would go to Powerwall settings and turn off "Permission to Export" just in case. If the app is aware of pre-PTO mode that option will be disabled, so you can just leave it as-is.
