I doubt anyone will admit to it. Everything is fine until it isn’t and then the liability is all on the vehicle towing over the rated weight. Make sure you have a good lawyer.- Parcelgeek

Sounds like it is working as intended. If there is no traffic to your right. If there was enough traffic for you to “need” the car pool lane it wouldn’t move to the right.- Parcelgeek
