The exact same thing happens to me. iPhone 12mini, 2022 Model 3LR. I just live with it and check connectivity when I remember. Hope someone else has solved this and can help.

Yes I have tried rebooting both the Tesla and the phone. And recall that this same phone previously worked fine. And so far, no luck from Apple. Technology, sigh!

Sorry to hear about experience. I too live in Northern Virginia and have used autopilot in 66 during conditions that you describe. My 2022 model 3 has never experienced problems similar to what you describe. It is puzzling.

Same issue for me since about a month ago. Model 3LR, currently on 36.2, but it also happened on 28.2

I got it too. Probably for the last three weeks. I agree that it's probably a software bug.

Took delivery March of LR 2022 Model 3. Perfect quality so far. No defects.

I thought I might be imagining it. But, yes, after the update I have to use the brakes more than before. The regen braking has been reduced on my Model 3LR
