After the 2 weeks (now 1) it resets to 0 strikes. It no longer resets on updates like it used to. So over how every many months/weeks it takes you to accumulate the 5 strikes. Then it stops working for 2 (now 1) weeks. Then you are back to 0 strikes.

The force disengagement hurt my score a tiny bit. But the old AP stack even driving with it not active gave me MANY more Forward Collision Warnings, for oncoming traffic or parked cars. Than with the FSD stack did when not active. Just older software basically.

It's pretty obvious it already times yellow lights. The recall obviously just wants that timing changed. FSD will certainly slow to a stop when its been yellow for a while or when far away from it.

I just installed the tekonsha p3 controller and it worked fine despite it having 15.5 volts. It passes electric brake line. The 12v line in the back is still dead, but it should work fine. I'll test with a rented trailer soon.

I switched mine to confirm lane change a long time ago. It doesn't start signaling until you have confirmed. Its basically the same as AP, except it will take onramps/offramps for you and suggest lane changes (which you can ignore)

Possible update. I heard from someone else that they Tesla has a fix for the 12v accessory on the tow harness. I requested a service appointment stating the issue and that I had heard a fix was ready. They scheduled me service for next week. I'll update if/when it actually happens and is fixed.

After updating from FSD 10.12.2 to 10.68.1.1 I noticed the last two days that the auto wipers won't turn on at times they previously would. The car even has some issues with object detection, and they still aren't on. Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes, this is still a problem. Signals work but 12V and brake controller doesn't work (I've read differing opinions if I need a additional brake controller, I won't be able to test until the 12V is available to power said controller)
