Got vin assigned after 315 days. Also regarding tax credit on new bill. I think it’s good thing for manufacturers and will allow them to increase the car price to the sale limit to make more profit. See GM as example. Bolt was 36k when there was tax credit now reduced to 26k and it will go up...

I am in same boat. Let’s hope Tesla makes and delivers the car. I ordered 9/31 and edd changed like 9 times so far. Current edd is 4 week window Aug2-30th. It will be about 335 days since order if at I get delivery.
