Strange. Mine's a company lease and it only took about 5 hours for the app access. Not sure what makes some take longer.

Car turned up about 45 mins before the estimated window start, which was good. The tracking was like the ship tracking in microcosm (but mercifully quicker). All looks good so far 😃 6 miles on the clock and 45% battery.

I believe they register the cars on the day of collection, or certainly not until they're in the country. The reg numbers they give on the texts must just be them getting organized and assigning then in preparation.
