Oh, I didn’t mean that the cameras themselves would help the doors. I just meant that since they were upgrading/fixing stuff that people have been asking for, they might as well fix the doors as well?
The doors not opening all the way is the only thing preventing me from placing a Model X...
Now that they are finally adding the long awaited front bumper camera, I’m hoping they fix the front door opening all the way. It’s one of the best features of the Model X. That along with the falcon wing doors really sets it apart from most other cars.
Any updates on this? Any word if Tesla will ever being back the self-presenting doors for the model X where the doors fully open as the prior year models used to?
My car consistently runs red lights. Solid red lights show up on the visualization as blinking red lights and the car tries to run them after stopping initially (the car thinks its a stop sign?). Does anyone else consistently have this issue? I only started having this issue after getting FSD...
Yep, didnt get it either, just checked. I guess we missed the boat this time, suppose we will get it with the next roll out, whenever that will be in a few months.
I just went on a 200 mile autopilot drive tonight. Safety score 99. Fingers crossed that I wake up to a pleasant surprise tomorrow.
I don't need Wifi to at least know that the beta is being offered to me, right? I only need Wifi to download it, correct?
Thank you very much everyone for your replies!
Might seem like a silly question, but is it safe to take the car through a touchless car wash in this condition?
Thank you so much for your responses! I am 100% not handy so I don't think I will be able to fix it myself but I am glad to hear that it is nothing major. I did put in a service request with Tesla via the app and they put me down for a mobile service appointment this week.
I am not too...
Thanks for your replies guys.
What do you guys think about the damage to the undercarriage? Is that the aerocover that is punctured? How hard of a fix is that?
Also wondering if it is prudent for me to drive the car at this time.
After having to pull up on a gravel road I noticed damage to my Model S's undercarriage. My car is a month old with ~1700 miles on it.
How bad is this damage? My car seems to be driving fine for now.
Would this be something that would be covered under warranty? My car is less than a month old.
