I agree. Thankfully the V2 is a bit less painful. V1 seems to not lower ground clearance as much if any. But SlipLo would probably be mandatory for one that cost that much. Still I think the V2 looks more striking so good choice!

Always going to be a trade off with stiffer bars. On the flip side you get a sportier drive.

Yes I was able to get it installed. Make sure to let them know that there was no collision or damage. Maybe they changed since then but I just asked them that I wanted a new bumper without collision damage.

Also Tom on here from European Auto Source can probably chime in as he has installed at his shop multiple Redwood sports and I’ve seen the Model 3s sit pretty low on sports.

for the post installed adjustment. Did you just adjust the ride height or did you adjust it via preload. I can’t see adjusting the preload without compressing the springs.

Thanks was finally able to get a hold of someone after a couple weeks of not hearing anything and follow ups. Looks like they are quite busy. I can confirm the picture listed above is pretty much spot on +/- a couple mm for an AWD Model 3. Single motor needs a lot less preload in the fronts.

By chance has anyone figured out approximately how much preload is recommended for the GT kit vs the installation guide on Redwoods site which is set up for the performance sport kit. Found this from someone else. What preloads did you or your installer go for to maintain good compression...

FPX kit would just be the same GTs minus the gold standard Ohlins dampers. Both great and both will have the same ride height adjustments. For 10% off I’d honestly go for Ohlins FP Spec over FPX for that extra Swedish gold.
