I just called Tesla. My window was 9/6-9/10. SA said it was in NJ and would be put on the truck for Norwell later today. My EDD just updated to 9/10-9/12. I haven't been able to make a delivery appointment yet.

I just got this email from Tesla. It sounds like they are offering a $200 off coupon rather than including the mobile charger when I pick up. I wonder if all orders are seeing this or just the older orders

I really hope after having me wait over 1 year (ordered 8/12, delivery window is 9/10-9/14) they are not going to make me fight for a mobile charger.

I finally got a 2 week window for EDD. All previous winds have been 4-5 weeks. I was 8/27-9/10 up until 2 days ago. Now I'm 9/7-9/21. Order date 8/12/21. I guess it's better than the November window I had a few weeks ago

Why would you delay?

August order and my EDD is Sept 12- Oct 17 now. It moved up a month from the last one which is a good thing but still a long wait

That's not too bad. So only $300 extra than when you order it initially. Still ridiculous we have to jump through these hoops and give them more money when people ordering a few months ago are getting them now..

I never put mine on hold but didn't complete my profile until 2/12 due to bad information from my SA

So so so frustrating! I tried to ask them but they just gave me the run around. You would think they would go by order date since the profile completion is fake because people only put it to cash to move up in line.

I reached out to my SA a few days ago to try to get escalated and never head back. I tried customer support and got this response "Thank you for reaching out. Delivery timing is affected and prioritized based on profile completion, manufacturing availability along with vehicle configuration...

I was in September (no year) jail for awhile and then it changed to 8/2-8/30. Not sure that really helps you. Interesting thought on offering to go to a different location for pick up. I wonder if any else has tried that.
