1 day into Intelligent here! Is it against the rules to just manually schedule a charge in the Tesla app to start and run between 23:30 and 05:30 for the off-peak rate? This is just for piece of mind as I need to charge the car to make sure I can get to work but I don't fully trust the Octopus...

It's very odd. If I enter my postcode through that link the day rate is 41.63p, off-peak is 10p which is what I expected when signing up. The intelligent tariff I started yesterday however is 39.25p, off-peak is 7.5p and it's fixed until 04/01/2024. I guess what they quote isn't always what...

I switched from Octopus's variable rate to Intelligent Octopus (yesterday) but I don't understand the quoted rates. I've been put on the tariff "Intelligent Octopus July 2022 v1". The rate between 23:30 and 05:30 shows as 7.50p but I thought it was supposed to be 10p now? I also didn't know...

For those who are expecting home delivery, a company called AnyVan is delivering in my case. They text me yesterday with a 4hr timeslot for delivery today and I've just got a tracking link for the flatbed which is on the way. Really great service.... 45 minutes to wait. o_O

Waved my old car off earlier today. I used Carwow and was put in touch with a BMW dealer. I was offered £27k for my X2 back in May, now I've had to accept £24.5k which only just covers the Tesla deposit after clearing the PCP.... At least the Tesla arrives tomorrow where I won't be bothered anymore!

Has anyone else awaiting delivery organised insurance yet or is this only possible on delivery day? I have tried to do comparisons via Gocompare but the car reg doesn't exist on the websites yet. I also noticed that the comparison sites don't have RWD on them....

I'm leasing and get the same, I was told it'd change when the car is delivered. I think you have to sign a declaration form on delivery/collection and the car is also registered officially that day.

RWD also has a slightly different 0-60 time which might affect things? On GoCompare you can select no specific type for the Model 3 car trim but this bumps the price up £50 vs the standard plus for me.

I just got my text today, home delivery however delivery seems to be later than most with mine on the 29th November. This seems to more match RCC Europe which I think arrives into Southampton on the 24th? I live around 30 miles from the Trafford Centre and was expecting collection there so...

It's very strange on here. I ordered 21/4, has anyone else with a similar spec got a VIN yet? My lease company are telling me December. I called Tesla last week and they told me November but I'm not sure how that's possible given I still have no VIN and it's November tomorrow....

You can call Tesla (01628 450 660) with the RN number and they should be able to give you an estimated delivery date but don't expect it to be accurate. From my experience so far you should expect to add an additional 1-3 months to the estimate. I can't really answer on the priority, lease...

I have just called Zen about my order (M3 RWD, MSM, aero wheels) and they've told me December, I ordered in mid-April. Tesla are saying November! I'm hoping it'll be on one of the boats due to go soon perhaps.

Another MSM order here albeit for the RWD, standard wheels and interior. I ordered in April, the lease company is still saying November but I have basically zero hope now. Fully expecting a message over the next couple of weeks saying that it'll be moved to next year.
