    No CCS compatibility; legal?

Tesla never promised or said there would be CCS support. You seem to think somehow it was promised to you by tesla and yours doesn't have it.. I think that's the big hole in your argument.. If they would've advertised "CCS Compatibility!" on their website, I'd agree with you.

    No CCS compatibility; legal?

I agree with you on all these points, except CCS1. They never advertised that as a feature in the US. People are ordering a part from another country to use it. If they would’ve said “CCS1 compatibility” on their website, I’d agree with you on that point as well. Right now, its luck of the...

    No CCS compatibility; legal?

Plenty of people have gotten involved over suits for less.. lawyer sues and/or turns it into a class action, lawyers make millions, each person get afew bucks.. But it shows you do have a thought process of using the law to solve an issue. Not saying its right or wrong, but when someone...

    No CCS compatibility; legal?

I’ll also add you’re talking about using a lemon law to have them buy it back.. it shows you’re already looking into legal action over something else..

    No CCS compatibility; legal?

I find it odd everyone seems to want to sue over everything. Your contract with tesla doesn’t mention CCS charging, yet you feel you can sue over a feature that wasn’t listed on the contract to be included? I’ve got a YLR on order. I hope it has it, but it will be a pleasant surprise if it does

Right To Charge Law CA - HOA Complex

Go ahead and contact a lawyer. I don't think you can force the hoa to do anything without the owners asking, but you maybe able to force them to ask the hoa. But even then, the hoa may still be able to say no if it's in a common area. The hoa angle doesn't seem to be covered by the law.

Right To Charge Law CA - HOA Complex

If you rented a house, could you just do a major electrical change that would increase power costs and probably require some modifications to the property without asking the owner? That's basically whats happening here. As a renter of any property, you'd need the owners OK. The HOA is...

Right To Charge Law CA - HOA Complex

The owner of the unit has to do it. You are a legal stranger to the hoa as the unit isn't yours. The owner has the rights, not you

Tesla Model Y Financing and Lease Questions

I've never heard of a bank structuring a loan like that. You definately are taking a huge gamble with the lease. Can you get some sort of ok on the interest from a religious leader?

Tesla uses 1/6 the energy compared to gasoline

I'm in the process of getting a Y. Personally, I don't care about the environmental impact of things. I'm buying it for the technology. I'm a geek and love high tech toys :)
