Received new EDD 6/28-7/1 with VIN this afternoon. What happens next?…

Just received a text from my SA out of no where telling me I can trade in a vehicle if I want to apply value to my upcoming purchase. Does this automated text have any correlation to EDD? I'm still in my 2-week window and have not gotten a VIN yet.
