About 2000 miles now.. yes, 20" winter tires are not optimal but I got them as new set with the car.. after tires are worn I plan to change set to 18". Koni special active are not adjustable. I'll make final judgement around May after swapping summer tires and cutting part of bumpstops.

2019 model 3 perf, I have had koni actives since around october/november (rear ones were changed little bit earlier) and at same time I changed 18" summer set to 20" winter set so cant say if there is much improvement.. Actual winter time (still goin on..) was very annoying when temps went...

Here in Finland as winter comes these ptc heaters start to pop (along with heatpumps, real epidemic but availability looks to be okish) and availability is zero.. these cars are undriveable after that for months. Some 3rd party services have found one way to get some of these cases back to use...

Yesterday I installed Koni special active rear shocks (koni 8245 1422) to my 2019 Model 3 Performance (Front ones are in backorder.. takes 1-2months..) General info.. Koni's are much beefier than originals, both piston rod and shock body. Bad thing is that original "dustbooth" holder does not...

I have 2019 Model 3 Performance (HW3 and FSD) and around month ago since 2022.20.8 (or .7) speed assist (from speed signs or from mapdata) has mostly stopped working. Since that I car has received 2 updates and latest is 2022.24.8 and still same. Software info shows that "vision only" appeared...
