What size of b-style seals was used? I got the one which is about 13mm wide and somehow it feels too big. The other ones I saw on Amazon were about the same size.

It looks like under normal conditions it will take about the same amount of time to drive to Mt. Kisco vs flying and doing public transportation. And probably cheaper as well. And I don't mind driving.

And factory windows have some tint in them, so even with 30% film they will be above the legal limit. There is probably a way to get a medical exception.

Apparently there are flights cheaper than a car rental, just not 100% sure how easy is it to get to Mt. Kisco from JFK. And from what I'm seeing, it's about 2.5 hrs on trains, which is almost half of my driving time from home.

Driving, but still not sure what. Debating if I want to trade in to Tesla or sell to Carvana. They offer 3600 over Tesla, but need to time it just right, so I can get a 1 day, 1 way rental and drive there.

Question for the guys who went with Tesla financing. Do they offer standard loan terms, such as no penalty pre-payment in full? Been thinking myself of going with Tesla financing 1st for ease of transaction and just refinance with local CU with better terms few weeks later.

As any other car manufacturer, Tesla has a destination charge. But if you want to set up a home delivery, they charge you extra $750. Feels like paying double for the same thing.

Had my 3rd Tesla trade in estimate. This time it's $600 lower.

I think I was too generous, it's 4 years, 50k miles.

I feel like 100 miles/24 hrs window is for something you might do to the car and try to blame Tesla for. Like scratching paint, damaging leather seats or something similar. Anything else should be just covered by 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. (any build quality issues, failing components, etc.)

The only risky thing I'm seeing is changing jobs and have to pay it off right away. Potentially higher interest rate is not a big issue, since you are paying it to yourself. One of the articles I've seen on the issue said that lower market is a good time to do something like that.

Just curious if someone thought of or actually got a loan from theirs 401k instead of going with a bank or a CU? If it actually allowed, you are just paying back yourself and not incurring interest charges.

Just wondering if anyone had or will be driving 200+ miles on the car they are going to trade in to the pick up location. Is the extra added mileage did/will affect the trade in value? Did someone had their value adjusted on pick up day and how it can be handled with financing already in place...

I got the home charger when it was $495. The price dropped to $400 2 weeks later. Emailed online orders and got $95 back to my card. They didn't adjust for taxes though.
