I ordered my California Legacy plates in mid-Feb and got them about two weeks ago, so about 4 months total. They charged my CC number in early March, which is probably when they started fabrication.

I took delivery on Friday. Driver arrived right at the start of the 4 hour window. Car was perfect and included matrix/global headlights and the charger. Drives like a dream. I haven't sprung for the Acceleration Boost yet, because it's already too much power for me. :D

Anyone else initially confirmed for a Service Center pickup and then ended up suddenly getting switched to home delivery instead? I wonder if the delivery volume is too high at the Tesla sites.

And now a VIN and a Saturday delivery!

Woke up to a one-day slip to a 5 day window! :)

I just got a call from an SA asking if I wanted a free trade in estimate. They also confirmed that I am very likely to have my car in “two weeks”. Supposedly this outreach indicates that I’m on “final approach” YMMV

And, as expected, I awaken to a 3-day slip while retaining the 10-day window. 🤷‍♂️

I have the same config but with 19in wheels and a 2/15 order date. I also have a closely matching EDD. Maybe we're in the same batch. :) P.S.: I expect my EDD to slip first thing tomorrow morning (as is traditional).

Just woke up to a two-day slip to a 12-day window.

I got my access after 6 posts and within four hours.

I also put a MachE Premium on hold with a Fall 22 EDD. Was going to cancel it when my M3LR arrived. My initial concerns were update frequency and initial quality based on the Munro Live YouTube teardown.

Oh well. :) I had briefly toyed with the idea of getting an M3P to bring in my delivery date, but the M3LR is already more than enough car for me, and I've heard stories that the Performance 20" wheels don't handle Northern California's numerous potholes well. ;)...
