I was told that the tiny rubber seal gap on the roof glass will not cause leak or wind noise. My wind noise is most likely caused by the front RH window, which totally sticks out comparing to the B-Pillar. Another Service Appoint is needed.

@EvilStryke, what did Tesla SC say about the "rubber seal gap" on your windshield? My Mobile Service appointment (to replace liftgate LH support strut) was pushed to next Monday. I will ask the service person about the rubber seal gap on my roof glass.

It looks like some clips are not secured inside the trim.

I also tried the "foam" fix, which reduced 80% of the rattles. I guess some other rattles are due to the movement between the clips and metal base inside the trim. I am trying to use the method in the YouTube video: and the first 1:30 of the following:

Any solutions besides the foam "fix" by @Interplanetary? I found mine makes rattle noise on both sides. I am thinking about applying felt tape but the edge is too thin to adhere anything on it.

@EvilStryke, I took another closer look at my liftgate glass, it is also bowed in the middle (above the roof glass), not flushed. I will add it to my Service.

I did not have a chance for a test drive with them last time. I would try to talk to a technician on the seal alignment from inside the trunk. Of course outside misalignment also indicates problem inside. Hopefully they are willing to do the fine adjustment.

After several rounds of text messaging exchanges, Tesla Service Center agrees to send the car to a local body shop to repair the paint. Though there are some remaining issues that Tesla thinks there are "normal", including one side of the rear seat only folds half way with power button.
