Thanks for your thoughts. When making a purchase of $4,000+, you’d think a company would be more understanding. The company could see as well as I that they were schedulers to deliver 3 days from the initial inquiry. A simple “if you ship them back, we will refund cost” seems feasible...

I appreciate your thoughts, however in this case the goods were never received so all parties knew they couldn’t possibly be “unused” /used as you stated. I’m sorry you’ve never ordered something and then had a change of heart. If you do, I hope the company you work with is more understanding.

Also, I did offer to pay the shipping return. I was told no, and that they’d apply a restocking fee. Then I received the poor quality painted wheel. They simply were not customer friendly.
