Ok, strange thing happened today.... Just thought I'd refresh my Tesla account page for the 237th time today.... And boom! I have a VIN. It's so odd cause I feel as if it was very abrupt and maybe too early. I'm speculating a cancellation. I don't have an invoice or build date yet.

Geeezzz that's even worse... You're well and truly outside of your estimated delivery window. Must be so damn painful to see VIN's being allocated to people who ordered after you.

That's what I'm referring to. You got a vin for a car ordered in March. Others here ordered in Feb and have nothing. I, myself ordered 13 days after you and I haven't heard anything. Not having a vin for a car you ordered in June is hardly the same as someone who ordered 6 months ago.

At least you got a car / vin... 😩 Many others haven't been so fortunate.

I'm now gonna lie, I'm 100% pissed that you ordered the exact same spec, colour on the same day and you have a VIN and delivery date very soon.

According to this video by Wu Wa and it's description, the model 3 line upgrades are complete. Full production to commence this week (whether that means today or tomorrow I'm not sure...)

From what I've read, the model 3 production line upgrades should be completed by tomorrow (7th of August). Hopefully we get some good news soon.

Anyone know if the Morning Clara is carrying any Tesla vehicles? I couldn't help but notice on Marine Finder and Vessel Tracker that there's been no location updates... On ShipFix it's only a few hours from Brisbane (and it is moving, I've been refreshing it)

From my understanding (and a chat with my SA). As long as you have a reservation number for your vehicle on your Tesla account, you are fine. So, whenever it was you received the "RN #" is when you would have been placed in the queue...

It's concerning to see only a handful of M3LR deliveries only just happening now from orders places last year. Doesn't make me feel very enthusiastic about getting my car this year.

The funny part is Tesla offered me $36,000 for my current car as trade in. By the time my M3LR is ready my current car will be worth half that amount.

Yep, same. I missed the 5 - 7 month delivery by 1 day (I think). Ordered mine on the 15th of March which is the same day the delivery time was extended.
