Mine was the headlight. My DRL didn't turn on but the headlight stayed on. I waited for about a week for my Tesla Service appointment and all they ended up doing was disconnecting the headlight and reconnect followed by a boot.

I tried this but did not work for me.

No such luck for me. My headlight has been on for 4 days now! Tesla mobile repair tech advised to leave it on the charger in order to not harm the 12v battery. Service visit at the repair center is scheduled for another 3 days later. That's the soonest they could schedule me.

I'm having the exact same issue on my 2017 90D. Started right after the update last Friday. Tesla service scheduled for this Friday but I will have to take it in to the service center. Tesla says mobile repair can't take care of this issue.
