yes - i have seen some orders through lease that assign RN directly to customer and others that are under bulk orders. if you are bulk order or maybe took over another pre-order that someone gave up then you can't track order in Tesla account and therefore no way of finding VIN in source code

yeah I got an EDD of July when first ordered and knew that was unrealistic given all the supply chain issues. I suspect I have lucked out and been assigned a long standing order held by the lease company, so definitely not a typical scenario. Wouldn't be surprised if its a mix-up at Tesla end...

Yeah if this does pan out, I suspect its luck to tag onto a pre-existing order kept open by the leasing agent. Maybe someone pulled out of the order just before me etc. I'll be sure to update when/if I get more concrete news...

yeah I ordered through Lex (vai Vanarama) on 5th May and they gave me an EDD of July which if true would be very cheeky for those ordering earlier in the year, no way thats going to happen, Shirely its under a bulk order under dealer's name ('Robert' at Autorama subsidiary)
