Glovis is coming from YanTai not a typical tesla export port so unlikely it will carry any tesla.

check your vin in RAV for confirmation, if it doesn't show up in there then its not on Glovis.

The arrival date of the ship lines with the edd very well, but it's Tesla after all the edd could be way off from actual.

is shanghai port in list of last port calls on Glovis Century? I can see the last port it visited is YanTai china, unfortunately its not shanghai. Unless Tesla made the effort of transporting the cars to Yantai to catch the boat.

Just check your vin on RAV in the next few days, if it is not there then most likely your car is still in china since next scheduled vessel not leaving Shanghai until the 14th aug.

mine is similar 19 aug to 2 sep, my very initial edd was 10 sept - 19 sept which is more realistic. I think the edd will move back to the original edd at some point next week. As much as I want the car to be delivered in aug but I better set my expectation in sept to avoid disappointment.

i am just saying it to keep this thread alive, way too quite!!! Maybe tesla has switched to assigning VIN when cars are on sea like what we were seeing in previous quarters. I have seen a youtube video where UK customers are getting the vin assigned while the cars are on the sea.

There is no way to know when production run will be done unless u have contact within the factory. The only thing we can do is wait and hope.

Vin can be assigned while you are asleep at night. Giga Shanghai is a 24/7 factory. Never under estimate the Chinese workers, the target production is 2000 Y per day but I am sure they will try to beat it to potentially earn extra bonus.

The covid condition in china is worrying

I think 12:30 only happened like twice at the end of june for 2 days. 1 day for M3 1 day for MY. Maybe it will happen today, tomorrow, or the next day. Always good to have something to look forward too.

Tesla has made me looking forward to 12:30 daily even though I know vin allocation chance is slim.

Tesla might have revert back to their usual vin allocation practice that is allocating vin while the cars are on their way to Aus.
