Is there ever a practical need to use the override feature? Could you not just reduce the time for it to be ready via smart charge so that it would have to effectively charge immediately?

I'm in the same boat as you with no offstreet parking. Tesla themselves say daily charging up to approximately 90%, so I usually stick to this as a rule of thumb, but I've heard keeping it between 20% - 80% is best to avoid stressing the battery.

I use the brakes a lot more for parking given smaller bays. Also does anyone else have much luck with auto park? Seems to not be very good at detecting parking spots in (tight) London roads

Just received a courtesy call from a Tesla rep confirming pick up details for this Saturday, going over a few details, and asking if I was EXCITED... a nice touch, but from the tone it felt like I was being welcomed into a cult (he literally used the line "welcome to joining the Tesla family").

Can anyone confirm the exact length of the granny charger? Thinking whether need to buy an extension lead.

When people are saying they've received their VIN, is this looking via the PageSource or can they officially view it on their account details? (and does it make a difference?)

With rampant inflation and prices already going up in other territories, probably inevitable that a price rise here would happen.

Thanks, same here - I called Tesla anyway and they've confirmed that making payment now won't really make any different to the delivery date / allocation. They said you have 7 days to finalise payment prior to delivery - given EDD isn't until end of June no reason to part with £20k just yet.

As of today my MYLR order (current EDD 24 - 30 June) has now moved to "Please pay off your remaining balance prior to delivery". Take this as a good sign? Also, I'd appreciate thoughts from the forum on when to look to make final payment (e.g. ASAP to ensure delivery date is locked in or wait...
