Hello when I press the enable button the message tells me to hold up indicator stalk plus press brake and key. It’s the key part I need help with please.

I get mine to go direction of travel. Use drop down menu top left of map and save to profile.

Removed app and reinstalled and log back in. Worked for me

Thats how mine works. you can set a primary user so it picks up that profile first.

I thought he had opened the door and was sat in the seat but the drivers settings were not changing.

Have you pressed link phone to profile when you get in the car. I missed this when I first set up both phones.
