Tesla really sold me a used charging cord. Right at the release button there’s a crack. And the head of the charging cord that goes into the car has scratches. Like it has been used before to charge. Wtf!? $200 for a used cord?! Pissed!

Mini may take it back early. Keyword may. I had a mini lease they took back 18 months early. Can’t hurt to ask. Also try multiple mini dealers not just the one where you leased from. Good luck.

I was told the same thing when tesla center called me today to confirm everything. Told me basically if pick up at center you hand us the final check we unlock car and that’s it. Was told they are too busy for anything else. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Yes the original 510 area code number that said “welcome to the family”. It should get you to a SA. Or call your delivery tesla center and ask who you’re SA is.

Is the “tesla has left the factory” text standard? Never got one but when I spoke to tesla yesterday he stated my car was In route. And scheduled for delivery Friday.

Car still in transit 😵‍💫 Per Tesla rep I just spoke with supposedly won’t have charging cable. Since I ordered after 4/19. We shall see. I see some who ordered after that date still got the cable. Didn’t ask about license plate frame as I already bought one on Amazon.

Anyone taking delivery before 9/1 and in CA. Make sure to call tesla to put the $750 CA Fuel reward back into your MVPA. They aren’t just doing it. You have to call and request it.
