I determined it would take 3 hrs 20 min to charge to 99% so I set start time to charge 3hrs30min prior to departure. Turns out it charged a lot faster and my car remained at 99% for awhile. Probably an hour or so. Harmful to battery?

I have a 50 foot extension cord (12 gauge) plugged into a 110v / 12 amp outlet circuit and only getting 1 KWh. The connector is clean and no errors on charging. What am I missing?
