Same thing here too. Can't seem to be able to search for a VIN that is already assigned to me. Also can't find either AP04 or APH4 (APH4 is HW3.0, you can Google it).

Asked the SA. He did mention he was giving me more than what he was supposed to. But at the same time couldn’t figure out (at least from his access) whether HW4 or not..

Just got a VIN (yes!!), 7SAXCCE59PF386***, factory gate date Feb 11th, 2023. Anyone can share any details if I can expect it to have HW4? Matrix light? Is anything else worth nothing? This is European-based delivery, currently slated for March 21st to 31st. Many many thanks!!
