My VIN also has a 0 as the 9th digit - and this VIN was sent to me by Tesla today to confirm my collection date. Perhaps the VIN format has been tweaked recently @Mr Miserable ?

Just spoke to a Tesla advisor, who didn't know which ship my car is on. Earliest delivery date I was offered was 6th Sept. M3RWD Ireland, VIN 602XXX. (negative result on the checker for HOEGH ST PETERSBURG).

Just received a phone call from Tesla to check I will be OK for delivery between 29 Aug-12 Sep (same as current EDD on website). Getting excited! (M3RWD, Ireland, order date 5th March).

Mine moved later also, now 29 Aug to 12 Sep. (M3RWD, Ireland, VIN found last week).

My EDD just changed to 19 Aug - 2 Sep. So back to being consistent with MORNING CHORUS and/or GLOBAL SUMMIT arriving Zeebrugge around 17-18 Aug, then onwards via smaller RORO ship to Dublin.

Ireland hasn't been in the UK for 100 years.

I also believe that the first ones to be in UK & Ireland will still be on Morning Chorus and Glovis Summit, despite what mine and others EDD's say. The numbers of vehicles on those two ships tallies with the video of those parked at the docks a few days ago. Hope I'm wrong though!

At the point when you posted it, all the VIN reports were for different countries (Finland, Romania, UK, Ireland) - which is useful shipping info.

Yesterday (7 July) I received an SMS from Tesla to complete my "pre-delivery tasks". EDD still showing as "August 15 - September 14". (M3 RWD, MSM, black, aeros, Ireland).

Dunno but the info elsewhere on this forum was that the whole place was shut for 4 days. Now they are making model 3's for 2 weeks, then shutting down Model 3's and building Model Y's. Perhaps the changes are just efficiency, but perhaps the spec of the vehicles is changing too. I dunno.

Well a positive thought for you - after the production line changes in Shanghai, you might get a better car than those M3's made in the next fortnight.

A happy thought of us those of us in Ireland... Shanghai are reportedly producing Model 3's between 5-18 July, and we have EDD's of mid Aug-mid Sep which means.... ...our cars are being made in the next 2 weeks 😀 * * or not, who knows for sure?

Yes I do, I'm in Ireland (and according to this thread a few pages ago, a few others in Ireland have Q3 EDD right now too). I believe Ireland's deliveries come via Zeebrugge, so quite feasible we could have a delivery schedule different than the UK.

Whykay & I are both in Ireland. So ours will be brought in via Zeebrugge. Yours could be on the same ship, if it also docks in the UK.

I like the fact that we have a "hangout", whilst the performance people have a "waiting room". I feel like I'm in a cool gang :)

Me again. Today my EDD moved from the "November" it's been all along, to "November 2 - December 17".
