There's a few people i know that are running 255/40 just to have a taller tire / overall diameter for better clearance. Not much info on range hit though. I'm moving to 255/40 myself from 245/40 (current) but I don't expect to see too much deviation.

I have the MPP skid plate and the plate itself is pretty thick (about 3.1mm). How thick is this skid plate?

It's not stretched too much, I ran 235's on 9.5 before and the stretch wasn't that big either. Another factor is the tire brand, some show less stretch than others. I'm debating if I want to go 255/40 but since I only daily my car, I may not need that much wide of a tire that will just end up...

ESR CS3 19x9.5 +22 squared 245 40 19 Continental Pure Contact Eco Plus -1.5 degree camber all around. I planning on running +28 in the front and +23 in the rear on new wheels to have perfect flush on 19x9.5

MPP has a 20x11 running and looks to be around 25-30 offset. They haven't posted the offset spec yet on the wheels, but I believe you can run 19x11 all around. I think some members are running 19x11 front and 19x12 rears but no mention on what suspension mods or offset they are running.
